Throughout the whole day, the crew of 150 insurgents of the last two strongholds in the Czerniaków beachhead are repelling the German attacks.
The defenders manage to last until the night, when they attempt to cross the Vistula River to its right bank. The evacuation, however, falls through.
At night, several insurgents from the "Radosław" unit leave the beachhead using an "upper" way, i.e. breaking through the German positions, and reach Śródmieście.
The German troops of General Rohr are preparing themselves for a massive storm on the insurgent positions in Mokotów.
Almost every night, Soviet airdrops are received in Mokotów, Żoliborz and Śródmieście.
