In front of the church one can notice a symbolic birch cross, beneath which a symbol of the Underground Poland has been placed.
On the church wall there is a plaque dedicated to the scouts from Wołyń, the Underground Polish soldiers from the years 1939-45, fighting in conspiracy, self-defense and in the 27th Wołyń Home Army Infantry Unit, who were imprisoned, exiled or fallen in fighting for their Homeland's freedom.
Another plaque, the one founded at the 70th anniversary of the Uprising, is dedicated to the inhabitants of Bielany, who sacrificially helped the Home Army soldiers of the "Kampinos" unit.
