On the church wall one can find the following plaques:
- commemorating the commander of III Region Grochów of Home Army Warszawa Praga lieutenant colonel Tadeusz Schollenberger a/k.a. "Rakowski" or "Ajaks" and the deputy commander Major Zygmunt Bargiel a.k.a. "Zygmunt";
- commemorating the fallen Home Army soldiers of the 3rd Region Grochów 6 of Praga district.
