The inscription on the stone: "In a tribute to the heroic Home Army soldiers from insurgent troops from Żoliborz (Jolibord) and Old Town and the partisan troops from the Kampinos Forest, that were killed in the attack at Gdanski Station on 20 and 22 September 1944".
