137 Czerniakowska ('Cherniakov') Street - on the fronton of the convent church of Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth. The plaque commemorating soldiers from B-3 and K-1 companies of "Baszta" Home Army regiment, who were in combat in the area on 27 & 28 of August, 1944. They captured an important German pocket of resistance.
