the Commander's Cross with the Star of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland,
Honorary Citizen of the Capital City of Warsaw and the city of Piastów.

The commemorative plaque was unveiled on September 24, 2022 on the birth anniversary of Maria Stypułkowska-Chojecka.
