The photo report of the picnic in the Bródnowski Park during the 6th Warsaw Education Meeting - 2018
On May 28, 2017 the members of the management board of the SPPW 1944 Association participated in the picnic that had been organized in the Bródnowski Park during VI Warszawski Kalejdoskop Edukacyjny (the 6th Warsaw Education Meeting) by the Education Bureau of the City of Warsaw.
The picnic turned out to be a chance to propagate the knowledge about the Warsaw Uprising.
The SPPW 1944 stall was very popular. It was visited by several hundred participants of the picnic.
Children could make an insurgent badge, colour the Picture of a Little Insurgent and draw the sign of the Fighting Poland.
The touching moment for our visitors was a meeting with Mrs. Krystyna Sierpińska, the orderly of the Home Army group "Kiliński". She taught children how to properly put bandages.
Our participation in the picnic was very successful and it was, indeed, a great occasion to promote the activity of our Association.
