On the church wall there is a plaque in memory of 900 partisans of the "Kampinos" unit fallen in the Warsaw Uprising, including 400 soldiers who died on August 21 and 22, 1944 in two attacks at the Gdański Railway Station.
Another plaque is the one founded at the 70th anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising and dedicated to the inhabitants of Bielany who sacrificially helped the Home Army soldiers of the "Kampinos" unit.
