7 Conrada Street. The Holy Mary Help of the Faithful church.
On the church wall one can see the following plaques:
- the one in memory of the fallen and murdered Home Army soldiers of the Insurgent Special Units called "Jerzyki";
- the one dedicated to the soldiers of the Home Army unit "Chrobry II";
- the one in memory of the fallen and murdered Warsaw Insurgents and the Inhabitants of Warsaw;
- the one in memory of Colonel Jerzy Strzałkowski, the commandant of the Insurgent Special Units called "Jerzyki";
- the one in memory of Bronisław and Jerzy Jakubiak, the Home Army Insurgents , fallen in August 1944;
- the one in memory of Tadeusz Gurbiel a.k.a. "Góra", the soldier of the Natonial Military Organisation and the Home Army battalion "Gustaw".
