2/4 Czerniakowska Street. The St. Bonifacy church.
On the church wall one can see the plaques:
- commemorating the murdered or fallen soldiers of III company of the Home Army battalion "Chrobry I";
- in memory of Major Andrzej Rudolf Czaykowski a.k.a. "rtm Garda", the commander of the Home Army battalion "Ryś";
- in memory of the Home Army soldier Janusz Kędzierski a.k.a. "Ryś", fallen in the Warsaw Uprising;
- in memory of the Home Army liaison woman Halina Jakucka and the Home Army officer cadet Janusz Jakucka, murdered by the Gestapo in the year 1944.;
- commemorating the residents of Warsaw, fallen also in the Warsaw Uprising.
