The keepsakes connected with the Warsaw Uprising 1944 are to be found in both upper and lower churches.
In the upper church there is a niche dedicated to the soldiers fallen in the Mokotów district during WW II:
- in between a plaque commemorating the soldiers of the Home Army regiment "Baszta";
- on the right side a plaque in memory of the Mokotów defenders in September 1939;
- on the left side a plaque in memory of the Mokotów defenders in the Warsaw Uprising 1944.
On the upper church wall there is a plaque in memory of Fr. prelate Jan Szmigielski who was the parish priest of the St. Michael church in Mokotów during the Warsaw Uprising 1944.
In the lower church there is a niche dedicated to the members of the Polish Underground organisation the Confederation of the Nation, fallen for the Homeland during WW II:
- on the left side there is a plaque commemorating the soldiers, officers, liaison women, female colporters and nurses who fought during the occupation and the Warsaw Uprising in various Home Army units;
- on the right side there is a plaque in memory of writers, poets, scientists, reporters and printers, as well as heroic youth who were all engaged in the activities of the Confederation of the Nation;
- in between at the bottom the places of fights of the soldiers of the above-mentioned organization are mentioned.
On the upper church wall there are the following plaques:
- commemorating the girls and the boys - the soldiers of the Home Army regiment "Baszta", fallen in the defence of Mokotów in the Warsaw Uprising 1944;
- in memory of 682 soldiers of the Home Army 10th Artillery regiment of the unit "Granat", fallen in the conspiracy, the underground army and in the Warsaw Uprising 1944 during the fights in Mokotów;
- commemorating the lancers and officers of the 7th regiment of the Lublin lancers and the Home Army regiment "Jeleń" in the years 1918-1939-1944;
- in memory of Colonel Kazimierz Szternal a.k.a. "Zryw" the second-commander of the regiment "Baszta";
- in memory of Elżbieta Sokolnicka a.k.a. "Ela", the liaison woman of the regiment "Baszta", fallen in the Warsaw Uprising in Mokotów.
