The Polish architect and city planner, the Polish Army artillery captain, a soldier trained in the West and parachuted over German-occupied Poland to join the resistance forces (cichociemny), the Home Army and the Polish Armed Forces in the West intelligence officer, he was active in both the Polish September Campaign and the Warsaw Uprising, also the adjutant of General Tadeusz Bór-Komorowski.
The monument was unveiled on August 2, 2020, fully accomplished by the Warsaw Uprising Remembrance Foundation.
